My counsellor was very supportive telling me “it happens to the best of us” and that it had happened to her, too. So instead of raising my calorie level to 1500 per day, we’re sticking to 1200 but with additional physical activity. (I was told not to exercise my first week.). She is also saying I’m probably losing in inches (which I feel) but which they won’t confirm until I am measured after my first month.
My spirits are down but I’m undaunted. I have far to go and I know I will make it for as long as I stand my ground, nd stand my ground I will.
